I circled the site once to get an idea of where things were and identified the pavilion. The pavilion has a small box outside with envelops to leave your payment. Also, inside the pavilion is the community center with coffee, microwave, tables, couches and entertainment. This also houses a large washroom/shower area and washing machines.

The bunkhouse was comfortable with plenty of clean sheets/towels and fans. Rocking chairs on the porch was a nice touch.
If you want a great hands off experience this is for you. I contacted them by phone and made my reservation, they are very friendly and accommodating. My trip ended up on the day hurricane Hermine was hitting Tallahassee, so I called and informed them that I would try to make it but would not be 100% sure. I ended up leaving 2 pm and arriving there at around 10:30pm in the dark and rain, the place is hard to find in the dark and rain if you haven't been there before. I called them to confirm my arrival once I left so they would know I was coming and my bunkhouse would be reserved.

Clean bunk houses. Nice grounds. Usually quiet. Has grass runway and if you are lucky, you may see a plane land or take off.
I will be using them again, great experience all around.
